Drift towards serenity with this fragrant, rich, and soothing blend of herbs and flowers. Skullcap has been traditionally used in Herbal Medicine as a sedative to help relieve nervousness and as a sleep aid. Combined with lemon balm and rose petals it is a calming and fragrant tea to be enjoyed in the evenings.

Skullcap is traditionally known as a ‘nervine’, helping to relax the nervous system and reduce anxiety, nervousness and stress. It has mildly sedating effects, which can help promote sleep. It has also been used to treat PMS, ADHD, headaches, hangovers, and much more.

Known in herbal medicine as a “nervine”, lemonbalm has been traditionally used to calm down the nervous system, relieve stress and anxiety. It has also been known to aid digestion (especially digestive symptoms related to stress and anxious states),help with sleep and insomnia, as well as treat hyperthyroidism.

The Elderberry is the fruit of a genus of between 5 and 30 species of shrubs or small trees in the moschatel family, Adoxaceae. Black elderberry has been used medicinally for hundreds of years. Some preliminary studies demonstrate that elderberry may have a measurable effect in treating the flu, alleviating allergies, and boosting overall respiratory health.

The rose is a woody perennial of the genus Rosa, within the family Rosaceae. There are over 100 species. They form a group of erect shrubs, and climbing or trailing plants, with stems that are often armed with sharp prickles. Flowers are large and showy, in colours ranging from white through yellows and reds. Most species are native to Asia, with smaller numbers native to Europe, North America, and northwest Africa.
