Shiatsu means "finger pressure." It is a traditional form of Japanese body work and healing therapy with works to improve one’ s flow of ‘Ki’. Techniques such as stretching, holding and press-ing on the meridians are used. As the quality of ‘Ki’ improves, symptoms of discomfort gradually improve.
